2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, refund eligibility for digital goods is limited.
2.2 No Refunds After Delivery
Once a digital product has been delivered, displayed, downloaded, accessed, or emailed, it becomes non-refundable. This applies to all digital items, including but not limited to:

2.3 Failed or Missing Delivery
If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes:

If the system confirms that the product was not delivered, we will resend your file at no extra cost. Failing to receive the email is not treated as grounds for a refund, but we will ensure the file is delivered correctly.
2.4 Duplicate Purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, we may issue a refund only for the duplicate order, provided the files were not accessed.
3. Refund & Return Policy for Physical Products (USA Only)
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
Refunds or returns for physical items are only allowed in the following cases:

Once an order is processed, shipped, or handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivery is automatic and instant. If there is a technical issue, we will resend the files manually.
6.2 Physical Products
If your package is delayed or lost, we will help you track it and communicate with the courier.
Hamzarion Store is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
